DIAGNOSIS AND REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS
This mission is carried out with a view to implementing an ERP or BI or an action to optimize an existing system.
During this mission, we carry out a preliminary study of certain areas, identification of the management rules in force, identification of operational processes, anticipation of necessary change processes, identification of end users. This step is implemented through collaborative work between the ERP consultant and the organization's internal teams.
JD EDWARDS AND ODOO ERP IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS
We carry out projects to implement JD Edwards and Odoo systems to integrate all management areas of the company. These projects are carried out following a rigorous project management methodology.
BI PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
During their work, users enter new data daily into the company's IT system and mainly into the ERP system.
The Business Intelligence (BI) system mainly uses data from the ERP system as well as data from external sources to produce tables, graphs and various KPI which provide information on the proper functioning of the company and help in decision-making.
Our BI systems projects are based on a project management methodology and are developed with Microsoft PowerBI and BI tools.
